After high school I attended Akron General School of Nursing, graduating in 1963. June 1964 I married Craig and moved to California thanks to the USAF. I was a surgical nurse at Akron General & in California. We have 3 Daughters, 10 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren. Craig became diabetic and had to leave the Air Force after 8 years and 3 duty stations. We both made a decision to accept Jesus as our Lord & Savior in 1968. Craig became the Director of Development at CVCA and then administrator at Akron Christian School, and I was wife,mother, and homemaker, assisted in various capacities at the school. Craig became ill in 1995 and I cared for him till he went to heaven in 2016. Lately I have been involved with my church and helping the homeless with various projects. I visit my daughter and her family in NOLA when I can.
